    SEASONABLY POTENT MID- TO UPPER LEVEL CLOSED LOW ACROSS THE CANADIAN ROCKIES BEGINS
    TROUGHING SOUTHEAST INTO THE DAKOTAS BY THE END OF THIS FORECAST PERIOD. MID LADITUDE
    RIDGE OVER OUR REGION BEGINS TO SHEAR EASTWARD IN RESPONSE TO HEIGHT FALLS OF 
    UPSTREAM SYSTEM. SURFACE CYCLOGENESIS IS EXPECTED OVER SD WITH A COLD FRONT. THESE
