We fully realize and understand that you may have questions about various products, experimental products, or have concerns you would like to address to us. You came to the right place. This is where you can provide your feedback to us regarding your inquiries. Typically, we will address most inquiries within 24 hours or less. However, during the severe weather season, it could take a bit longer for us to respond. Rest assured though, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Our postal mail address and office phone number has been removed, per security reasons, and is available to clients only. You can also reach us via the Internet as well. This is actually the preferred way for you to contact us. Just click on one of the links below, and your message will be fowarded to the appropriate meteorologist.

  • General Inquiries Please use this link for all general inquiries, including product feedback, ask a question for our Q n A page, submit form registrations, or any related concerns you may have. Do not use this link to report severe weather to us! This needs to be done through local law enforcement, or National Weather Service office.

  • Our CEO/Founder Should you have a dispute, or grip about our products and their content, office operations, staff, or other related matter, you can use this link to inform our CEO/founder. He will look into it, and respond back to you with a "proposed solution ASAP.

  • Web site related problems, including broken page links, web pages not working, inaccurate/outdated material, and such.

Important Notice: Midwest Weather Service office is a small private forecast firm specializing in severe local storm prediction and warning services. Our office is not affiliated in any way with NOAA or it's "National Weather Service", nor any of it's related agencies, including the "Storm Prediction Center". While some of our forecast products may be of a similar fashion to those found on SPC's web site, our products are solely for our coverage region, and are created and dessiminated by our Storm Center staff. MWS office does not support or oppose any products/information, or content found on any NWS or SPC web page.


Our office hours are: Monday through Friday - 6:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, as well as all major holidays. If a significant severe thunderstorm outbreak is expected for our immediate coverage region, our office hours will be extended into the weekend as appropriate. Otherwise, should you need to contact us during our off days, just e-mail us using a link above.
